What is your policy on returns
and refunds?
If something is wrong with your order once you receive it, contact us and we’ll be absolutely happy to work something out with you depending on the situation, but due to sanitary/hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
All of our earrings are hypoallergenic, although if you have extra sensitive ears, you might want to consider our Sterling Silver 925 stamped earring hooks instead! To select this option, just go to the item and select “Sterling Silver Hook” in the dropdown menu and add it to your cart/wishlist!
Do you have Clip On earrings?
Most of our earrings are available in a clip on alternative! To view what items are available as a clip on, go to the shop tab and select "Clip On Availability”! After that, you can view those items and select them in the dropdown menu!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally here on our website!
Do we Dropship/Buy from mass production websites and resell?
We do not dropship or buy from mass production websites. Although some of our items may look similar, we can assure you that many of our products are homemade by us. Charms that we don’t make ourselves are purchased from other small/local charm businesses and made them into earrings, necklaces, or other accessories by us.
What does my order include?
Every purchase includes a goodie bag full of candy, stickers, and a thank you note! Orders of three or more come with a worm on a string (upon availability)!!
How long does shipping take?
We package orders Monday through Friday, and once the packages are transit they take 2-5 days for US orders and 7-21 days for international orders!
How do you accept payment?
At the moment we accept most credit and debit cards!
How do I care for my earrings?
Most of our earring hooks are made out of 925 stamped sterling silver, a soft metal that’s perfect for even the most sensitive ears! Although, over time they are prone to tarnishing. Luckily, it’s a super easy fix to get them sparkling again!
Just wipe the hooks down with any Jewelry Polish Cleaner or Tarnish Removal Wipes and they’ll look as good as new! We hope you enjoy your accessories for as long as possible and this will make sure they stay just as beautiful as you are!!
Shipping Concerns?
Once your orders are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email where you can see updates on your packages as well as their expected arrival date.
Due to the current situation going on with USPS, packages may be delayed. We ship our packages out within a week of your order, and although our packages travel via First Class (2-5 days) their arrival time may be delayed. Packages are scanned/marked as shipped after arriving at their second facility, and it can take a couple of days to be updated.
Unfortunately, once we drop our packages off they’re almost completely out of our hands and depending on your situation, it may be best to try contacting your local USPS facility as there may not be much we can do to help.
